Phil (our trainer) was very friendly, professional, had brilliant knowledge about first aid. It was my 4th time to have first aid training, but this training session was best what I ever had, we really enjoyed it.

Steve was brilliant - came in early to catch our early shift staff which was really helpful. He actually watched how we work and tailored the training to our specific situations rather than just generic stuff. Staff said it was way better than the online courses we've done before.
Booked BLS training for our practice team. Surjeet was great - answered all our questions (even the really specific ones from our dentists about sedation scenarios) and made it relevant to dental practice. Everyone passed first time and actually enjoyed it. The online booking was dead easy and certificates came through quickly which I appreciated. For once got 100% attendance! Already booked them for ILS training in March.
Really good fire safety training. Paul knew his stuff and the practical bit with actual fire extinguishers outside was much better than watching videos. Session was thorough (nearly 4 hours) but kept everyone engaged which isn't easy. Price was fair for the whole group. Already had two small incidents since where the team knew exactly what to do. Definitely recommend.
I had the emergency first aid training with Andy and honestly its the best iv had. I would of been in panic mode prior to the training if i was first to an incident but can now say after the training iv got a lot more confidence in myself to know how to help people. Delivered perfect and everyone was engaged and getting involved and Andy was brilliant. Thank you 😊
Attended ILS training with Mark. He is an excellent instructor, firstly friendly and approachable which counts for a lot because courses like this are so much better when everyone feels at ease. His teaching style is very engaging, the course content was good and includes different elements including theory, videos, demos, discussion, practical. Recommended
